This refurbishment of three office floors & the communal space of the previously named Regent Arcade for Capital & Regional, offered varying challenges with specifications which suited different end users. 

 

Planning permission was achieved to enlarge the windows on the Regent Street facade to improve the daylight in the top office floor, as well as for enhanced access to the main entrance.  The reception and entrance were designed to be sentimental to the exterior and the Regent Street Conservation Area.
