This scheme commencing in 2009 and changing ownership in 2010 was finally completed in 2014. Arcademy's main objectives were to make the building design more efficient by reducing core sizes and quantities, and generally adding net lettable area by rationalising plant decks.

 

The completed scheme delivered as 42,000sq ft of space including restaurant, office and residential.
