This prestigious project to re-stack 3 floors of Knight Frank's head office in London, providing additional accommodation for 70 staff and the refurbishment of their front of house facility providing a contemporary and improved visitor experience, fully supported by the latest technology.

 

The project included completion of 10 new client meeting rooms, an 84 seat presentation/auditorium style room, 2 executive dining rooms with the flexibility to be opened into one large dining room for larger gatherings or board meetings, and a Utouch presentation room, a smaller intimate room with state of the art presentation facilities to support high end residential sales.

 

The project was a challenging experience as all the works were completed whilst maintaining a live office environment, which through careful planning was achieved with little disruption to the business.
