SASHIMI, NORI AND DESIGN?

Arcademy girls are continuing their journey on learning Japanese cooking secrets in attempt to enrol in the next season of The Master Chef. Well... maybe NOT a Master Chef but Master Designer Chef for sure!

Last night Val, Cristina and Jayne had a go at sushi making at Sozai Cooking school orchestrated by the lovely Akemi Yokoyama who introduced them to the deep-fried bean curd sheets ( if you have not tried it yet, give it a go. You will not be disappointed!) and wasabi so spicy that it gives you headache.
