This is a land locked site within Lambeth’s Walcot Conservation Area, originally occupied by a series of low rise and unsuitable buildings of late ‘70s / early 80s architecture that operated as offices.

 

Accessed via a flying freehold, we have worked with the planning authority to successfully achieve a change of use to residential C3, and a new build scheme of 10 units that successfully marry into the eclectic architectural styles of the immediate area.
